After a lot of tears and loss and hard freaking work, this baby is like our light at the end of the tunnel.

I hope you know how loved you already are sweet baby. By us and everyone else. We have been waiting for you for a lifetime. I can’t wait to be your mama.

To my husband & the greatest friend I’ve ever had…you are already the best dad and my heart hurts in the best way watching you light up at our ultrasounds. Thank you for everything that you are and everything you make me. We are so lucky to be loved by you.

DUE THANKSGIVING DAY 2021

This wall has always been a challenge for me. It just never seemed finished or right no matter what I did. Its a huge 10 ft long wall with vaulted ceilings and it always felt empty. It desperately needed a wall installation but I had to find one that was easy and renter friendly.

Staycations are our new jam, and apparently I have a hidden knack for planning itineraries that I just discovered. Our trips have been a whole lot better since I started meticulously planning them before hand!
When I shared our trip along the way in stories I got tons of questions about the places we were going and what we were eating ( I am gluten and dairy free & I bet a lot of you are too!). Today I’m putting it all here! Traveling with food allergies can be hard and seem overwhelming. It used to stop me from even bothering to travel because eating out is half the fun of trips. I do a ton of food research in my planning and test it all out for you before I share it here!

Many many moons ago I worked at Pottery Barn and it was my job to make those beds! So today we’re going to walk through each part of that bed and how to make it at home (without all that expensive bedding they use 😉 )

Chantell is the master at making life functional & pretty all at the same time. She was kind enough to share some of her best steps for getting that messy fridge in check and making life in the kitchen a whole lot easier!

New year, new projects! Put together the mood board for our breakfast nook design and I’m excited to see it all come together!

Our bedroom is officially my favorite room in the house. BRB while I redo every single room in the rest of our house.
Neutral, modern vintage, inviting, fresh…these are the words I had in mind when I started working on this room. I think we managed to accomplish just that!
